Professional Liverpool : Joint Dinner with the University of Liverpool Management School

Professor Murray Dalziel, Director, University of Liverpool Management School, has kindly invited members of Professional Liverpool to join him and postgraduate students at the University's Management School for dinner on Tuesday 31st January 2012. The dinner will be held at The University of Liverpool, Carnatic Halls of Residence, starting with a drinks reception at 7:00 p.m. followed by dinner at 8:00 p.m.
The aim of the dinner is simply to expose the young people on the University's postgraduate programmes to the type of event they may have to attend throughout their working lives, and to understand the importance of networking in their chosen careers.
The role for Professional Liverpool members on the evening would be to interact with the young people as though they were business colleagues you were meeting for the first time, encouraging them to tell you about themselves, their background and ambition, and for you to share information about your area of work.
There is no charge for this dinner, and places will be allocated on a 'first come, first served' basis.
